"The Smile of the Child" is the organizer of this original and symbolic event in Floisvos. Competition is on the Triiri of Olympia, a replica of the Athenian Triiri of the 5th century BC.

Contest Information
This unique team building event focuses on the collaborative efforts of teams by fostering coordination and cooperation between the participants. Businesses can enter the contest with up to 20 participants from their organization taking part in the coordinated rowing, which is expected to be a total of 140 rowers inclusive of all groups. The goal is to move the Triiri! By doing so these participants are contributing to the continual success of the no-profit organization for children: "The Smile of the Child".
This team building effort parallels the everyday difficulties and adversities we all experience in life. And, yet, with a positive attitude and team cooperation, we find that no obstacle is
insurmountable.
Following this competition, all teams will have an opportunity to participate in a guided tour of the Floating Maritime Museum "Averof", docked next to Triiri.
The event is in cooperation of the General Staff of the Navy (GEN) and the Ministry of National Defense

Commemorative video
A commemorative video personalized for each company that includes an introduction displaying the company’s logo and event footage of the company’s members in action. The video will be formatted for play on all communication channels (TV, social media, etc.)
A special thank you will be displayed on the "Smile" social media platforms for each company
Press release with acknowledgments to all media (press kit)
Event Participation Fees
Each company is kindly requested to contribute:
• €3,000 for the participation of 20 people
• €1,500 for the participation of 10 people
These contributions are invaluable to “The Smile of the Child" to continue to provide support services throughout Greece.

Trieri Olympia
The Triiris of Olympia is a replica of the Athenian Triiris of the 5th century BC, accommodating up to 140 rowers. Based on archaeological evidence and naval engineering principles, in 1987 this replica was constructed and launched on behalf of Greek Navy
In ancient times, oarsmen were free citizens receiving wages and meals and felt honored to be chosen for this employment. These ordinary citizens, participating in a team effort, parallels the everyday difficulties and adversities we all experience in life. And, yet, with a positive attitude and team cooperation, we find that no obstacle is insurmountable
Procedure
To participate in the event, age limits are between 18 and 75 years old, male and female, in good physical condition. Additionally, each member of the team will be required to complete a declaration of responsibility, as provided by the Navy
For the safety of the rowers, Triiris will be followed by Navy vessels
