The website www.giatoxamogelo.grof the Voluntary Organization for Children "The Child's Smile" is not responsible towards the Bank that has issued the credit card or the user of the website in the event that the card is used by an unauthorized person, as well as the responsibility for checking the card and for the immediate notification of the issuing bank about any illegal use or theft of the card, so that it can be canceled and its use by unauthorized persons is blocked by the user.

Payment by Credit Card: The "online store of a public benefit nature" www.giatoxamogelo.gr of the Voluntary Organization for Children "The Smile of a Child" accepts all Visa, American Express and Mastercard credit cards.
To donate by credit card, users / donors enter their card details in a secure banking environment. The data requested are indicative: card number, holder's name, card number and expiry date, ccv. After successful completion of the bank transaction their donation is completed and they receive an automated reply email with the lottery number.
Credit cards are subject to validity and approval checks by the card issuer. If the card issuer does not approve the payment, "Smile of the Child" bears no responsibility.
a. In the context of Directive 2013/11/EC which was harmonized in Greek legislation, the platform for Electronic Dispute Resolution of the European Commission, which provides information is:
